Excellent ability!

Dick did a amazing job selling our house. We had it listed with another agent for 5 months. Dick had it listed for 2 Weeks and we sold it. He had us change a few minor things and it sold quickly. He kept us informed of what was happening. He even let us know if nothing was suppose to be happening. As the seller he made sure all of our interests were taken care of.

Great experience!!!I first met Dick when we bought our house 11 years ago - he was the listing agent on the house we bought and made such a good impression on us, we remembered him years later when we were searching for an investment property.
